Such a great yoga studio!! Have been going there the past couple years and where I was first introduced to yoga! They have wonderful instructors and a great class schedule. Plus this studio is inclusive of all shapes, sizes, and ability. All the instructors help eagerly with modifying poses to make sure it works with your body.
I don't go here but my 7 year old does. He says that it is lots of fun and he always comes out happier than when he went in.
I trained to become an instructor here and I know that it is a top notch studio. There are really down to earth instructors and a welcoming and easy going atmosphere. Very spiritual place.
