Having not worked out in many years, and having old knee injuries I was nervous about getting into the boot camp. When I joined I told Kayla about my knees and she has been super accommodating without compromising my workout. The group is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

The owner Sheldon seemed like a nice guy but sold me 2 pairs of fake boxing gloves. It's too bad that a well known fighter around the city and gym owner would sell fakes like that. I probably should have inspected the gloves better but I put my trust into someone that has a resume of running a gym/was a pro fighter. I was actually considering joining his gym and telling my friends and family about it, but honestly I would avoid it considering he would be dishonest about selling fake gloves like that.
Awesome trainers. Work with you to get the results you're looking for. Great with my kids when teaching kick boxing. I love this place!!
