I have been taking my vehicles to Trail Tire for 20 years and have never felt taken advantage of or mislead. They give me options and explain all cost and services before hand .Today I took my vehicle to the dealership to have a tire repair as it is still under warranty .I had an appointment and waited two hours.. then I was told the tire had to be replaced and that not only one tire replaced but would be best to replace all 4 . Im like what?? How did a simple tire repair on a new car turn into 4 new tires ??I called Trail Tire they said come down we will look . I was in and out within 20 mins with a $40 tire repair!! I appreciate the quick and honest service!
Excellent service! Went in for an Out of Province Inspection and they found out there were missing bolts in my rotors. They replaced them at no charge. Best price in the city for an inspection too!
