Asked to order a low cost watch band from him. Rather than having him tell me that he didn't stock those items he told me he would order it after taking the size. He barely took any information down. A week after it was supposed to be in I called to ask if it was in, he assured me it was on its ways. I understand there wasn't much profit in my sale, but if you don't have what I want, don't lie about it and waste my time. Spent a month without a usable watch as a result.
I've had 2 custom engagement rings built through this jeweler and they do marvelous work. My expectations are quite high and he was able surpass them. I have heard so many compliments, especially with the recent ring that was built.
My mother bought a watch last year. She only wears it on special occasions. I have returned the watch 5 times to be fixed. I asked if he would replace it but he said no. Brought the watch back again yesterday to be fixed again! Wont be buying anything else there!
