There is a sweet ethnic lady who works there. She used to work at People's Jewelry at the mall . Now that I have any jewelry repairs or need to buy jewelry, I chose to go to St. Albert Goldsmith because of her. I also tell my friends. She is very personalable, knowledgeable and professional. We also walk around the mall to get our daily excerise & she always has a smile on her face . We note she is like that with all of her customers too.
Incredible customer service and repaired my ring that had to be cut off in a matter of 4 days. They're extremely fair in price and do amazing work. I am so happy and pleased and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!Also, Olga is very sweet :)
I asked if the 10 gold chain could be repaired as it was broken in 2 places. This was most unusual as I only were thin piece for special occasions. Any way turns out the chain could not be repaired....and I got it back in several pieces. This was strange enough I was a bit shocked the chain could not be repaired. Ok they did not charge me to look into the repair. BUT THEY could have offered up another style of chain to fix this problem. No they just returned the necklace to me. I would have paid for a new chain. So I ended up going back to where the necklace as purchased and they installed a new chain that I paid for. So At Albert jewelry You lost a sale and my confidence .
Went to go pick up my engagement ring today after being sized. Put it on, it fit perfectly. Then I noticed a diamond was missing. I told the clerk and she said sorry and took it to the back and the goldsmith FOUND the diamond... and put it back on. They tried telling me it was a manufacture error and that they tightened all the prongs because they were loose. I paid for the sizing and left. I got home to take a closer look at my ring and I now found that one of my prongs on the top of my ring is broken off!!!! NOT impressed.......
