Amazing experience buying a new car. Worked with two sales people who seamlessly got us into a car that fit us. We told them what we wanted and they never once tried to pressure us or push us beyond our specified budget. By far better than any other new car buying experience weve had.
just picked up my brand new civic from this location and i have nothing but great things to say about this location. Mark was our salesman and he was helpful, knowledgeable and actually treated us like people ! we've had quite a few issues with other dealerships lately not listening to what we actually wanted. Mark and Matthew worked with us every step and got me the exact car i wanted!
I bought my used Ford Focus a year ago from honda and avail of their change oil. I had my change oil in June 4 and in August (about 2 months only) my car had this "engine check". I called them back and speak to Connie and she said that I need to look for a mechanic.I had a mechanic check up and "no oil"was their findings and no parts replace, no leakage too. After putting the oil my car is working until now.I called back Honda Service to inform them that the oil is the problem, its insufficient/less oil that made the car broke and they call me back after 2 weeks. I spoke with Joe the Manager and he said, he can't do anything about it, and didn't do anything at all. I will not recommend Honda St Albert, the poorest service and customer relation I ever had. I visited St Albert Honda a couple of weeks ago to look at a Honda civic and worked with a salesman named Mike (last name started with a P). I ended up going with a different vehicle and brand entirely, but Mike was so helpful and respectful throughout our whole discussion. He took the time to slowly show me everything on the vehicle - his product knowledge was excellent. If I were going with any sort of Honda in the future, I'd come back here. Mike was such a pleasure to work with!
