Was in the other day to buy a full faced helmet and some rain gear. When the young lad was busy with another customer (fitting 3 young kids with new helmets), the accessories manager came to assist me. I wish I had gotten her name as she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and great to work with! Got the equipment I needed at a great price and had fun doing it. Thanks again for the great service!
This place is my savior with my old Yamaha I ride. Of they can find it they will tell you who to go to to get it. The staff is actually well versed in their products and can actually do their job the first time properly.
Nice first come first serve option for Saturday morning, but even though I called and emailed in advance to tell them what was needed, they didn't have common brake pads in stock. Also, they wouldn't honor the written quote they gave me; did half the work, but charged all the money. Disrespectfull counter staff at the service desk, and didn't even try to make the situation better after they screwed up. Not impressed.Update: when the service manager Mike heard about my experience, he called me directly to apologize and is currently trying to make things right for me. Giving good service when everything goes well is easy, but making up for it when things go wrong is much more challenging. I'm impressed that he's trying, so kudos to him and them for that. I'll update further if he succeeds.

Bought a leftover 2017 spark. Great machine. But some stuff broke so Im took it in. To be honest Im a bit of an ass with a little anger problem. So when my parts didnt come in because it had to be back ordered I was giving some attitude. These guys in service especially Cory are great. They put up with me when they didnt have too. They even went the extra 10 miles. How. By taking parts off another machine to put on mine do that I can hit the water. The work they did and length they went to is greatly appreciated. Ill recommend this place to everyone. If you need anything go to them they will make you happy no matter what. Sales team is great as well. Always friendly when I come in.
