The salesman Jerry Joseph goes above and beyond for us. He is a very kind man, good listener and very calm, unlike the aggressive/motormouth/pushy salespeople who dont listen to their customers. Jerry knew what we wanted and we were able to come up with a very good deal and he is very accommodating. We highly recommend the dealership and the salesman Jerry Joseph.
I just purchased a brand new fully loaded 2019 RAM 1500 Rebel from them. Ask for Chad, he is a fantastic guy to deal with! Overall the service is beyond awesome, even better than many German car dealerships I have dealt with. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I must to admit that I am very impressed.I fought for days to try to get lower price on the 2019 rebel at another Dodge dealership. The other dealership only offered me $2500 off the MSRP which is the current promotion offered by Dodge manufacturer. The other dealership even never mention the promotion until I found out by myself. However, when I came to Chad at St Alberta Dodge to see if they can give me a better price, I was totally shocked by the awesome discount they gave to me!!!!!!! Awesome price right up front!!
Not like any other dealer I've come across....These guys are the real deal! I just bought a Ram Sport from Terry and he was more helpful, genuine and honest any other salesman I've ever dealt with before. He made it incredibly fast and easy buying the truck!I work out of town and I wasn't able to go and see the truck before I bought it and so I had it delivered to me. When I got the truck there were a couple minor things that weren't exactly perfect. Terry went completely out of his way to fix everything and make it right. It would have been very easy for him to say tough luck and walk away, but he didn't. I really appreciate him helping me out even after all the paperwork was signed and it was no longer his problem. You can have full confidence buying any vehicle from these guys without seeing it first!Doesn't matter where I am, next time I need a truck, I'll be getting it from St. Albert Dodge! Used their service for fixing over torqued lug nut. First of all they charged me over 600$ for that. On the top of that destroyed my rim and saying that I was there to fix stud so why I am complaining about damaged rim. I will upload pictures of what they did so every next customer can decide on their own should they use Dodge service or no. To fix rim IF it will be posibile I will pay over 200$ and I am driving currently on spare tire. When I was there to complain they say hey you were here to fix the stud so what we have to do with this? After few mechanics looked at what they did and confirmed that it is totally their responsability to fix that rim that they damaged I called and they say service mechanic will give you a call what he never did, and this happened two weeks ago.
