Most enjoyable experience ever for a cake shop in my opinion. The baked goods are amazing and the staff was enjoyable. And they have deep fried pickles and liquor what more can you ask for..?!!?

Where do I even start with how wonderful this Dessert bar is? I went in right when it opened - as soon as the door was unlocked I was there! I had been waiting for what seemed like forever, but that's only because dessert is my favourite thing!Once it opened - I was so delightfully happy! I've been slowly but surely trying everything on the menu - and I don't even live in St. Albert but it's worth the drive! The staff are wonderful and kind. The space is beautifully decorated with local art. Even the tables and chairs are locally made!I am an admitted cheesecake snob - not just any cheesecake will do. Confections Cake Co. is my number 1 pick! Trust me folks - I've eaten cheesecake in more than one country and this one has all the things I want! I recommend it to everyone - sometimes I just go get a piece and bring it home to have for later!Get yourself in your car and get over to this dessert bar - see I rhymed! It's a great addition to St. Albert's downtown, it's locally owned, and it's fantastic!
This place is so endearing! A friend and I went last night to catch up over coffee and cake and it was awesome. Their hot chocolate was perfect and so was the berry cake I had. Service was good and the atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing. The selection of adult drinks was awesome as well, definitely made me wish I hadn't been the one driving. I can't wait to bring my boyfriend here for a date sometime. Will definitely be coming back in the near future- mostly to try some of the freshly made macarons! So glad a little place like this exists and is close to home.
LOVE this place. Cannot recommend it enough. The desserts and coffee are delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. Can tell I'm going to be a regular here.
