I am very disappointed, I ordered for the 1st time through skip the dishes at 8:15am and asked for 3 loafs of a twist bread, I was called by someone from the bakery and said I would not be able to have this order as they only had 1 loaf available. Are you kidding me, it is a bakery and only 8:15am?? I said to the gentleman, I can wait until there is more and have a later delivery, but nope they are not making more. What a joke! This is a bakery, you sell baked goods. The gentleman then told ME to call and cancel the order, you are the one who can not accommodate me so you call. Not impressed.

Super disappointed. I called on a Saturday at 10AM to see if they had cinnamon buns so I could purchase a few for my dads birthday, and they were sold out - again. Every single time I call, they are sold out. This seems to be a weekly occurrence and yet they still refuse to make more for customers who are unable to come in at the crack of down. I wanted to do something nice for my dads birthday, so I ended up purchased a half dozen gingerbread scones. The flavor was great, but there was PLASTIC cooked into the bottom of two scones. Seriously?! Talk about a hazard. Imagine if a child had gotten one with plastic cooked into it...
Cobs is a crowd favorite at our festival each year! All our instructors look forward to their early mornings with the help of delicious baked goods from this St. Albert location! The staff are always so welcoming and easy to work with which is such a pleasure when planning for large crowds/events!
