Do not order anything from their bike shop. Specifically parts. I have been in the process of ordering a simple rear derailleur hanger for my bike..and they have yet to do so. The first time they din't order it at all and told me it would take a month to get to their store. So i waited a month and found out they never ordered it. The second time they just ignored my request. I Physically came to the store to give them my part and they still can't order it. I told them to phone back once they ordered the part but they still have not. Probably the worst customer service I have had a bike store so far in Edmonton and St. Albert.
