The people that work here are nice but this store is overpriced and way overcrowded. I feel claustrophobic when I go in.

My young son purchased a pair of metal play handcuffs there today. He put them on for fun but then couldn't get out of them using the key. I tried for 20 min to no avail. They were tight on him. I called my husband who came home to help. It took over an hour to cut them off him. I called the store to tell them. The lady said she remembered me and would refund me my $. I said that that was fine but that the toy needs to be removed from the shelf.Same day when returning to the store another lady was there and offered a store credit. How ridiculous! And the cuffs are still on the shelf. Shameful Great Canadian Dollar Store. You didn't live up to your name today.
