I have had such a wonderful experience at External Affairs and with Kristin. At my first visit for my consult, I immediately felt comfortable and like I was with friends. Kristin really listened to my skin concerns and offered me multiple treatment options. Now, after just having my second microneedling treatment, I am super happy with the results I am getting and the experience I've had at External Affairs!

External Affairs and specifically Hayley-RN are a fantastic combination. She is so kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable in consideration to products and treatments which gave me the confidence to put my trust in her for my individual services. I have been a regular client with Hayley for almost 2 years and she continues to impress me with EXCELLENT results!!!!! I would highly recommend Hayley/External Affairs to my closest peers who are looking to prevent, maintain or improve their skincare needs.

I went into External Affairs because I've been struggling with really horrific hormonal-cystic acne. When I made the appointment I asked if there was a dermatologist on staff and if I could see them, the lady said she would book me an appointment for that and I would be seeing a technician and I just assumed that was totally normal and was really excited. When I got the appointment I went into the room and the technician (I won't name her) came in. She asked why I was there, I told her about my acne problems. She then gave me a sales pitch for all of their skin care line and left. When she returned she was carrying a bunch of bottles and told me I needed all of it. She didn't even look at my face and was pushing all of these products. I told her topical treatments don't work because my acne was cystic and hormonal. She said their products were "Medical Grade" and should work. She also gave me these "Hormone Balancing" pills and said they should fix everything. I was so desperate, so so desperate that I just went with it. She successfully sold me $400 worth of product and I'm sure that went to her commission or bonus. It's been over a month, and there have been no improvements, not even a little bit. My face is so dry and the skin around my eyes and mouth is peeling off. My acne has actually gotten worse. This is my face, I have to walk about with this every day, I've cried endlessly over this. Last week I went to the grocery store without makeup and I cried in my car because my face looked like a war zone. I thought after spending $400 I didn't have, I would at least see something. I trusted the technician.I finally did research on what she sold me, and the pills she sold me (For $57) are only 10mcg of the ingredient that supposed to help acne, and 200mcg of broccoli extract. I found something proven to fix hormonal acne, it has 200mcg of that ingredient for $27. Another product she sold me for $47, I found an equivalent for $16.I feel ripped off and it's totally my fault. I shouldn't have trusted her, no one forced me to buy the products, but she made it sound like they would work. I feel so hurt, I spent so much money, and it just really upsets me.I was really nervous to write a review because I've seen how External Affairs as responded to their negative reviews. They always seem to be very upset and write with a "well go somewhere else then". It just makes me anxious. I know this review is pointless, I doubt this will affect anyone's decisions to go here, they have fantastic reviews.

Love my laser hair removal!! Kristin is amazing and does a great job! Highly recommend her and the team!

I have been going to External Affairs for a couple of years now and I would never go anywhere else. Everyone there starting from the very moment you walk in, treats you like family and the environment is always so warm and inviting. Not to mention, every single injector is educated on the most advanced and up to date techniques and they only carry the best products. They put so much time, effort and money into training their staff its unbelievable how much they care! I have been injected by almost all of the nurses at some point and I've never been disappointed. I have had spa and laser treatments done by all the techs and Ive always gone home happy. Their physicians are always friendly and professional and I have always felt very well taken care of and only ever received the best treatments tailored to me and my specific needs. Thank you External Affairs for always taking good care of me and making me look and feel my best.I would never recommend anyone else!
