I called Concept Roofing and they re-roofed my 960 square foot home in mid September 2014. The roof has two pitches to it; the main part of the original house and an extension that was put on at some point. Concept roofing sent out Mark Ruhl, who provided a quote and a nice glossy brochure promising quality workmanship, materials, and a limited 5-year warranty. In the early part of 2018, I painted the ceiling in the back part of the house (the extension part). I noticed fine lines on the ceiling that later started leaking water through it. The water caused damage on the ceiling, as water leaked between the shingles into the dry-walled ceiling and down the outside between the siding the drywall. I contacted Concept Roofing and left them messages. They do not return these calls, which makes their 5-year limited warranty on workmanship even more limited. I had this leak assessed and it appears Concept Roofing did a lousy job on the back part of the roof, e.g. only one layer of felt on a pitch that requires two layers (the standard). As well, it was determined that the overlapping of the shingles themselves were poorly done as well. I did not hear from Ty Ruhl or Mark Ruhl despite leaving them messages to come out and have a look. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau. My next recourse will be through the courts. Beware of lousy workmanship and lots of false promises. They provided 3 addresses and a link to a website that does not work. JH

I had a leaking roof,I called them and they responded quickly to my call and sent me an estimator the next day and gave me different prices for different options, he was very clear and no hidden costs, and the roof was done the next morning.They were very nice and professional, I'm very satisfied with their work.
