When calling in you are greeted with friendly and happy receptionists who work well to book appointment times around the client and doctor's schedule. When coming in for an appointment the reception ALWAYS has a bright smile and happy to answer any questions to the best of their abilities! Dr. Mueller has been my dentist ever since I can remember, he has always been very kind and engages in conversation to make the client feel comfortable. He also has AMAZING dental assistants who are very personable. The office is clean and comfortable. All in all, I have never had a bad experience and will continue to recommend this dental office to anyone! Thank you all for everything you do !
Great Dentist Office! All of the staff are super warm and kind and understand that the dentist may not be your favourite place. Dr Long is an amazing dentist... knowledgable and able to explain everything in a way that I completely understood. The reception and hygienists were super kind and accomodstjnrhg as well! I would recommend this Dentist to anyone!! For the first time in 30 years I can honestly say I do not cringe at all when I need to go to the dentist!
I have always received the best care at St. Albert Dental. They are always friendly, courteous, and accommodating, and take the time to completely explain everything from procedures to billing. Dr. Long always puts me at ease and makes me feel like a friend rather than just a patient.
Unfortunately I was assigned to Dr. Alanna Yip who I had an invisalign consult with, I paid $98 for the consult because it was not covered by benefits. After I went to get a second opinion I opted to transfer my consult to another dentist but St. Albert Dental Centre refused to sign the paperwork. I lost my $98 consult and to add to the negative customer service experience they continued to call me and email me a year after I had asked to be removed from their calling list.
