I have always been treated great by all if the fantastic staff at Bright Dental. Dr. Neves is the best Dentist I have ever experienced and I never feel pain no matter what procedure I have needed (I actually fell asleep a couple of times during a riot canal). His staff is very competent, compassionate and fun to talk to everyone there deserves kudos for their professionalism and friendliness. It is very apparent that Dr. Neves understands the importance if treating his staff the best as it shows that they are happy and therefore have all given myself and my family the best treatment in return. I am grateful I havent had to go looking around for other Dentists for the past 7 years no as I know we have the best! I look forward to every visit!
I have been going to Bright Dental for over 6 years. Dr. Frank and his staff are wonderful! They are all very personable and helpful. They are all fun and Dr. Frank is awesome! I highly recommend this dentist!
Honestly the best Dental experience I can imagine. Great staff, super clean office, and perhaps most importantly the dentistry delivered is excellent. I have not had many positive dental experiences, but Frank and his team are different! I have referred many friends to Bright Dental, they have all been very impressed!
After skipping too many appointments with our other dentist, my husband and I thought wed give Bright a go! We are thrilled! The hygienists are amazing, frontline staff is pleasant and helpful and Dr. Frank is exactly the dentist for us! Thanks to everyone at the clinic, we are so glad we chose you! I am so happy that I chose Bright Dental to have my tooth filling and root canal done. Dr. Frank Neves was so professional and absolutely great with his skills. At first, I was hesitant to do the root canal because it was a little bit expensive. So I only opted to do the tooth filling which was my main objective for going to the dentist, but Dr. Neves reminded me that I needed it. He told me that there might be complications if I dont do the root canal, still I didnt listen and he was respectful of my decision, and let two weeks come by after doing my tooth filling. True enough, during this two week period, my tooth was in excruciating pain. So I came back to have my root canal done, and I couldnt be much happier now that my tooth doesnt hurt anymore. He and his amazing staff are absolutely fantastic to deal with. His staff are all knowledgeable. I made my own research on the internet on how the process of root canal is done and what should I expect after its done. The assistant of Dr Neves knew exactly what Id feel after, and she was correct. Plus their clinic looks so modern and their equipment/devices are high technology. If I need to go to the dentist in the future, Ill go back to this clinic even if I live in Edmonton.
