We bought a $50 gift card at a silent auction that seems impossible to use trying to get someone to answer the phone for months. No one ever answers the phone, or calls back. We ended up calling the green house and having one of there staff go over and talk to them we were told they were open and serving food which was also on their website. However they are open they only serve food during certain times which we missed we couldnt even get a sandwich or soup. Just a drink. A waste of 2 hours of our time driving there and back. Very frustrating. The gift certificate has an expiration date which they extended till we are able to use it. If we ever get to use the gift certificate, I will never go back. To much hassel.
I booked The Greenhouse Bistro for a private family event and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious. The service and the assistance we received from Shaun and Justin was amazing. All of my guests loved the experience and they really deserve this 5 star review.
Went here today not realizing they have changed to semi self serve restaurant. I have been here a few times when they were a full service restaurant and enjoyed their food and service very much. I was quite disappointed when we got there to realize we had to seat ourselves. I was with a friend and we had three children under the age of two and it was quite an inconvenience to have to get our own high chairs, waters etc. The most disappointing was their menu. They have limited their menu to basically sandwiches and burgers. Not much for the kiddos either. We resorted to soup and fries for them. What a waste of a beautiful restaurant. I wouldnt recommend bringing kids here but its still a nice place for a lunch date with a friend.
I ate here twice for brunch and my experiance varied but the good service and view hasn't changed. First time here was in May 2018.I ordered the Eggs Benedict with drip coffee and it was so delicious and fresh. The quality was higher than some other places I've ate brunch at.Second time here was in August and brought my friends with me... big mistake. I ordered the same dish with coffee but this time the food turned out bland and overpowered by the sauce, also my eggs weren't runny I had to ask them to remake it and the meat seemed overcooked. We also had wasps swarm around us.Here is what my friends ordered from the menu: MARKET BREAKFAST - overcooked potatoes and meat, pretty blandBELGIAN WAFFLE - tasty but too sweet LAYERED FRENCH TOAST - soggy with a weird flavour EGGS BENEDICT - eggs are hardboiled, overcooked meat and potatoes.
Looking for a great place to have a business lunch. I highly recommend Glasshouse Bistro and Cafe at the Enjoy Centre. As one of our parties had some tricky allergies to get around we were a little concerned. However, Justin and the team there took every care to ensure to make sure our food was incredible.Really enjoyed the Beautiful Atmosphere and the fact that you did not have waiters and waitresses bugging you the whole time that you were eating. Oh and they have the Water so that you can ensure that you get the right amount.Thank you so much we will be back again.
