Luke was very professional and educated me on the bikes and helped my children find suitable bikes. As well as added safety features. Ethan and Graeme we're very helpful in educating me on the assembly and maintenance of the bikes as well as carrying it out for me. Thank you guys for showing me the difference in buying a bike from sport check as opposed to Walmart. Will definitely stick with this location from now on.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. I asked the girls where I could find the Under Armour 3.0 no one helped me. After to much walking on the store Beth helped me she was really good.. the rest of the girls on clothing section were not good at all.
Waited forever in shoe department (not the first time either). No service. I finally flagged an employee passing by. He got my shoes and I paid. Upon paying, the register lady asked if I was helped. I said "no, not really. You should get a bell back there so you can assist people instead of them waiting so long." She responded with, "there are only two people working back there" in this tone of condescension, that I'm sure was meant to elicit empathy for staff, not me. While waiting for my shoe service I saw two staff far in the back in the staff area, talking. They may have been discussing work, I'm not suggesting otherwise. I am, however, paying top price for my purchase and waited patiently for 30 minutes without service. I am also not responsible for lack of staff etc. I wasn't complaining, just simply stating a bell should go back there in the future to correct a 25 minute wait on overpriced items. Ridiculous. Needs staff hiring and (re)training.
I wanted to give a shout out to Veronica and her staff for how they handled a very rude women. I was behind this women at the checkout as she was raising her voice damanding to use a promotional card, Veronica politely explained it had expired and she was sorry it was no longer valid. This women did not seem to understand this concept and demanded to speak to the manager which was in fact Veronica. This women was provoking the staff in saying that she would tell another manager how rude they were being and that she would be forced to write a google review. So if youre reading this, I beat you. Veronica and her staff were professional and polite, you overreacting angry women.
We visited this location last night. We were very impressed with the service that was given to us by Owen from the Bike Department . First of all he was very friendly and helpful. We were looking at a road bike online and unfortunately we can't go and check it in store since the one we were looking at is only available online however decided to go and check the other bikes with the same make to see if our 0son likes the feel of the bikes mechanisms. As I was explaaining to Owen what bike we were thinking of getting online he mentioned he owns the bike and he rode it to work. He then asked our son if he would like to try it and then he can decide from there. He brought the bike out and our son tried it out and fell in love. Decision was made and ordered the bike online .Owen made the decision making easier. With Owen's help and reccomndations on what's the best accessories we pretty much bought what he reccomend. Thank you Owen for the awesome customer service for answering my many questions with a smile . You went over and beyond what is expected of you in the workplace . Keep up the great work. Kudos to Sporcheck St. Albert from the Bike service , front end personnel and Managers for being all so friendly and helpful.
