I missed my flight and had to get a new ticket issued. Gave them a call and they told me the cheapest they could do it was for 900 bucks. I went to the offices of the airline company and they did it for 170. A similar instance occurred when i was getting my first ticket with them; they took over an hour to find me the exact ticket i had earlier found online in 10 minutes. Pretty much everything they offer in that respect is easier done by yourself.
