Just moved up from Calgary, have been a Pisces customer for a very long time. Stopped in at Oasis for the first time last night and was very pleasantly greeted by Adrian(co-owner) and had a great chat about fish stuff. Even had great things to say about Pisces. Was extremely helpful and even had a couple nice chunks of Cholla wood that I couldn't find anywhere else. Runs a very tight ship and we will definitely be back when it comes time to buy stock for the fish tank.
We happened to walk along the street while going back to St. Albert Gymnastics. My daughter wanted to check it out as we used to run a salt water tank and she remembers looking at the cool stuff in the tanks. So we dropped in. The business is clean and if I remember his name properly Adrian was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.We didn't end up buying anything but I'm pretty sure that my daughter was begging me to buy a turtle for my wife's b-day. If we were to buy something we would probably end up coming back here.
Absolutely the best place to go for reptiles and fish. All the staff are very educated and knowledgeable. If the person you are talking to doesn't know the answer to a question you have, they will find out the correct answer or direct you to someone else there who does know. They don't guess or misinform just to make sales like in they do in big box pet stores. All their animals are very well kept, and very healthy. Great selection of high quality pet supplies too.
Love this place! Very clean and you can tell everything is well cared for. The workers are very knowledgeable and their reptile collection is broad! They will also order your dog/cat food in for you so it's a one stop shop. :)
Amazing little gem of a store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices for decorations seem to be a little cheaper than other places. Fish are healthy and beautiful - also reasonably priced.
