The hotel and bar staff were awesome. I'd love to give a separated review for the hotel and staff (included the bar staff) versus the bar itself but this is what comes up. The food was sub par. I ordered a hot beef sandwich and it tasted like horrible. Just the beef did. You can tell it's a cheap cut of beef because of the flavour. It tasted super gamey (not like beef should.) Will not be purchasing food here again due to the high price versus sub par food (by the way it was the special if the day.) but will visit for beer. And that's all.

Clean rooms, all pots and pans included in the kitchenettes. Amazing accommodations for a large youth team from Ontario attending Edmonton Nationals 2018. As a team, we were treated with respect and the employees worked with our requests quickly and efficiently. The Manager of the hotel was very helpful in helping is plan a day trip out to Jasper and gave us some pointers along the way. The kitchenettes were helpful for preparing meals and there was plenty of room to house team meetings with comfort. We want to thank everybody involved in helping out trip out to Alberta be as stress free as it was!

Overall pretty nice. Very comfortable beds. A little odd that there are cameras on the gateway walls every 50 feet or so. Also the pool and hot tub are quite outdated. But a nice place overall!

The room was nice and the king bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was odd with so much extra space with a tiny shower. As well, at the counter, there was plenty of space to get ready but only a mirror over the sink, which I think should've been over the whole counter. Pool was a bit out dated as well.

Friends wedding used this hotel for all their guests wanting to stay in a hotel for the night. After the reception, a few of us who were staying in the hotel went back to one of the rooms for a night cap. The manager came to the room and told us we all had to leave this room, only the ones that paid to stay in it, can stay(we weren't even being that loud). Anyways, my wife asked why we weren't given a warning for being to loud before being told we all have to leave. The manager said this is your warning and I'll be standing outside this room until you all leave(there was only 6 of us in it). So we all called it a night and went back to our rooms. I understand that they don't want parties in their hotel room but this was 6 grown ass adults just having a couple drinks talking. No quiet down warning or anything. Anyways, strongly suggest not to use this hotel if you are with friends or family and like to stay up past 11pm on a weekend.
