We dropped off a jacket to have the zipper replaced and were instructed to return the following week to pick it up. When we returned they brought out the jacket, rang us up and charged us for a zipper replacement. We nocticed that the zipper looked like it was the exact same zipper that was broken and we tried it out in the store. Turns out they never actually replaced the zipper. It was the same broken zipper we dropped it off with. The lady working there was a loss and phoned someone to inquire. We were told that they would replace the zipper no charge but they would have to send it away again for a week. We decided not to use them for the repair and instead will use a company that actually charges for services they complete. Make sure you inspect items you are getting charged for.
We were at another cleaner and had issues. Since we have been coming here we have never been happier. The whole family now comes to this location. They are prompt, polite and efficient. We love it.

If there was an option for 10 stars - these guys would have it. I have never been more impressed with the level of professionalism they hold. Today, there was a little bit of a miscommunication on where I was to pick up my order. However, instead of making me drive out of my way - Listah and her co-worker drove after hours to my house to drop off my order. The service I received tonight will never be forgotten and I will ONLY use Page the Cleaner for all my needs in the future. Thank you Page!!!!!
