I get excellent advice from my agent. Recently I had to start a claim, I was not sure if the incident was covered in my policy. I spoke with my local rep, Richard Griffith, first, before commencing the claim. He said that my policy would likely cover it. He was right. Im glad I spoke to him, I may not have proceeded with the claim otherwise.

Not only did they provide me with a great quote and take the time to go over every detail of coverage I was receiving, Laura answered my frantic text on a Saturday morning after I realized someone had hit and run my new vehicle not even a month after purchase. She helped me understand the process and make an informed decision, and my claims adjuster came and saw my vehicle while I was at a hair appointment - I didn't even have to come out to meet them. I have been extremely happy with my experience with Allstate and Laura Corsaut from the St Albert branch. Their drivewise program allowed me to save some money on my auto premiums and I also learned that I was under insured for my home with my old policy so it is great to know that I know have the correct coverage in place if the unfortunate happens. Having a dedicated person who is familiar with you and your needs is very important to me. With my old provider I would have to call a 1-800 number and wait on hold for 10-30 minutes, speak to a different person every time and go through the validation process by answering a bunch of personal questions and then explaining what I needed. I love that I can call or email Laura and get a response back quickly from someone who knows me and understands what I need. I would gladly refer anyone to Laura and the team at Allstate. Thank you!
