Horrible experience in every way. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing due to the owners sheer disrespect for his customers. The employees were ultimately under trained and their overall knowledge of the equipment that they sell just ended up costing me more money and damage to my Equipment. If you are looking for great customer service and professionals that know their stuff look elsewhere. Unhappy customer

If you live in St. Albert, this is your store. It's a great place with professional music lessons offered upstairs (Visionary College), it has also been around for a long time. Staff are friendly, owner is really chill, and they have been repairing my gear for years. I'll say that the prices on amps and guitars are a a little up there, but still cheaper than a lot of places nearby. Still, I think its worth it.
