Always great service
Can-west installed my infrared panels in my hot yoga room. They were priced great, totally worked around my massage therapists schedule when they had to run pipe above the ceiling and completed the job when they said they would be done. And then project manager, Nick, followed with me to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Great experience
Can-West Electric is the textbook definition of a poorly run company. Disorganization and dishonesty runs rampant. Jobs run weeks and sometimes months behind schedule. (A.K.A PFS Rail, Sonic Radio, Ft.Mall). Certified apprentices are told that they will only recieve their entitled wage until after an undefined probation period. (Thus they start 4th years out at 3rd year wage/3rd years at 2nd year and so on.) Timelines to complete projects are skewered by long wait periods due to lack of materials/communication/prints. Due to the lack of experienced Jouneypersons; underpaid apprentices are thrown at random onto large complex jobs and told to run the site for days on end until a Journeyperson can be aquired. The employee turnover rate at the company is exponential with workers rarely staying with the company more than 2 or 3 months. Can-West's Project Managers and Owners are never on site and are mostly AWOL when there are important meetings or installs happening. Altogether Can-West is a poor choice for any project of any importance.
