Love the food, love the beer. Love going for Saturday chicken and ribs and getting a delicious beer I can't get anywhere else. Also great service, keep it up!!
Last night a group of us girls went to Beer Factory for Rustic Sign night. We thought we would go early, visit and have dinner. While their menu is small, all they had available was pizza or nachos. So we all got the half nacho plate some with chicken and some with beef. Half of the nachos were over cooked and dark dark brown. The ones that ordered the chicken were good but the ones that ordered the nachos with beef were highly disappointed. I had been to Beer Factory once before with a culinary tour and it was much better then. The Sign night was good.
15 taps of craft beer. Great daily specials. Patio looks like a great place to unwind.I had the Chicken Ranch Pizza. What a great pizza. Overall I'm impressed with the service the quality of product and knowledge of the staff.Very fair pricing. The down fall is that they don't seem to honor their specials. For example pitcher discount during oilers game. They claimed we ordered it before the puck dropped. Kinda petty considering it may have been 5-10 minutes before to catch the end of the first game but the pitcher was still reasonably priced so not a big deal. Just expected a different price.There website (mobile site) could use some work but that really has nothing to do with reasons to go here.
Casual, comfortable, friendly. Food is always good. A variety of local craft beer. Not a huge menu, but good choices. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't already.
Ribs were fall-off-the-bone and the beer mustard sauce on the potatoes was other-worldly. I normally don't get excited about a side, but that was something else! Beer choice was excellent and the value here was tremendous! I also tried the stuffed jalapeno and cheese pretzels and they were phenomenal. Haven't had an appy that good in a long time. Knocked it out of the park! A gem of a spot, highly recommended.
